Cancellation conditions

The stay must be paid no later than 15 days before arrival (deciding is the date the payment is credited to our bank account).  If the reservation is not pad it is automatically cancelled without any compensation. The Theresian Apartment reserves the right to occupy dates with other guests.

If cancellation or any change is made less than 14-0 days before the arrival day, 100% of total stay will be charged.  

In case the guest or the group arrive after agreed date or will shortens the stay – the entire stay has to be paid.
