Information about the apartments in Ostružná

You can choose from apartments of various layouts, all sharing one common feature — just a few steps from nature. Our accommodation is ideal for families with children, groups of friends, or couples. For four guests, we offer a two-room apartment or a one-room studio, while smaller studios are perfect for couples.

All apartments are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, an LCD TV, and Wi-Fi.

After a long day, you can relax in the wellness area with a sauna and whirlpool. A common room with a bar and seating by the fireplace is also available. In the summer, enjoy cooking outdoors in our outdoor kitchen. Guests can also use shared storage for bicycles, skis, or strollers. Everything you need for maximum comfort and a carefree holiday in the Jeseníky Mountains!

The accommodation concept at Theresian Apartment is self-service.

Arrival

Please plan your arrival between 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Before your arrival, our property manager will contact you with all the necessary information and answer any questions.
The key safe code will be sent via SMS on the morning of your arrival.
For early check-in, please contact our manager to arrange details.

Departure

Check-out is by 10:00. Please vacate the apartment by this time. If you wish to extend check-out, contact our manager individually. We also appreciate it if you leave the dishes washed or at least start the dishwasher.

Additional Information

Children up to 3 years stay for free.
Parking is included and available directly in front of the building.

What if I cannot arrive between 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM?

Check-in is self-service. On the morning of your arrival, you will receive an SMS with instructions and the code for the key safe and main entrance chip. The key safe number matches your apartment number.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed. Please leave them at home and enjoy a relaxing stay without them.

Is a crib or high chair available for children?

We provide cribs and high chairs for the little ones. Please notify us in advance, and the manager will prepare them in your apartment, including bedding.

Is the kitchenette equipped with utensils?

Yes, all kitchens include essential cookware and utensils — plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, a convection oven, and a microwave.

Are towels and bed linens provided?

Beds are prepared according to the number of guests. Each guest also receives one large and one small towel.

Is the breakfasts included?

We do not provide meals. Guests prepare their own breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped kitchen in the apartment.

Is there storage for skis or bicycles?

A ski room with dryers for boots and gloves is in the basement. Bicycle storage is available in the outdoor garage.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment and Cancellation Policy for the Apartment in Ostružná

Payment must be made no later than 7 days before arrival via credit card, payment gateway, or invoice. Reservations not paid within this period are automatically canceled without replacement. The host reserves the right to book the apartment for other guests.

Cancellations or changes 7–0 days before arrival are charged 100% of the booking price. No changes are allowed on the day of arrival or during the stay.

Shortening the stay during the visit will result in a 100% cancellation fee for the entire stay.

The price includes the local tax and 12% VAT.
