What if I cannot arrive between 15:00 – 20:00?
Check-in is self-service. On the morning of your arrival, you will receive an SMS with instructions and the code for the key safe and main entrance chip. The key safe number matches your apartment number.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed. Please leave them at home and enjoy a relaxing stay without them.
Is a crib or high chair available for children?
We provide cribs and high chairs for the little ones. Please notify us in advance, and the manager will prepare them in your apartment, including bedding.
Is the kitchenette equipped with utensils?
Yes, all kitchens include essential cookware and utensils — plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, a convection oven, and a microwave.
Are towels and bed linens provided?
Beds are prepared according to the number of guests. Each guest also receives one large and one small towel.
Is the breakfasts included?
We do not provide meals. Guests prepare their own breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped kitchen in the apartment.
Is there storage for skis or bicycles?
A ski room with dryers for boots and gloves is in the basement. Bicycle storage is available in the outdoor garage.
