After returning from the ski slopes or a mountain hike, you do not need to leave the building to enjoy the wellness facilities. The wellness area is located directly within the apartment building. Guests can enjoy an indoor hot tub, sauna, and relaxation room with a maximum capacity of 6 people, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable environment without overcrowding.
The wellness area in Ostružná is available exclusively to accommodated guests and operates year-round. We always recommend reserving your wellness entry in advance. Public entry is available for CZK 350 per person for 2 hours, while a private reservation can be arranged for CZK 500 per person for 2 hours.
Guests who book directly through our website, by e-mail, or by phone and stay longer than 4 nights receive one wellness entry for the entire apartment, included in the accommodation price. This entry must be used on the first or second day of the stay, and a reservation is required.
The wellness area operates on a self-service basis, and no staff members are present during its use.

Guest Conduct Rules for the Sauna and Whirlpool
2. Children under the age of 10 are allowed to enter the sauna only when accompanied by an adult.
3. Entry to the sauna and other wellness areas is strictly prohibited for:
- People suffering from fever, eye infections, skin or contagious diseases, parasites, rashes, or conditions involving discharges, as well as carriers of infectious diseases.
- People in quarantine due to infection, or members of households where a contagious disease has occurred, and the affected person is not isolated.
- People who are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or infested with parasites.
- Animals.
4. Using the sauna and whirlpool is recommended only for healthy individuals. Each visitor does so at their own risk. Those who have never used a sauna before are advised to consult a doctor beforehand.
5. Each guest is responsible for their own health condition and suitability for sauna use. The operator reserves the right to deny access to individuals who are clearly unfit for sauna use.
6. Guests are required to take a proper shower before entering the sauna.
7. Entry to the sauna is only permitted without swimwear. Each guest must bring a towel or sheet to sit on and avoid direct contact with the wooden benches (including with bare feet).
8. Guests must also use towels or sheets on the relaxation loungers.
9. The whirlpool is intended for persons whose health condition allows exposure to higher water temperatures.
10. Entry to the whirlpool is only permitted in swimwear.
11. Guests must shower thoroughly before entering the whirlpool.
12. Visitors are advised to move carefully on wet surfaces to avoid injuries. The operator is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by negligence, inattention, or failure to comply with these rules.
Rights and Responsibilities of Sauna and Whirlpool Visitors
14. Visitors must treat all wellness facilities with care. They are obliged to compensate for any damage or loss caused by their fault, whether to the wellness equipment or to the property of other persons.
15. Visitors are advised, for their own benefit, to familiarize themselves with the sauna rules to prevent any potential complications.
