The apartment is well located, an ideal location for hiking, which is also enhanced by the availability of train connections. I personally disliked the all-night lighting of the building, which I consider unnecessary, and in the case of the ground floor apartment located on the street (no. 1), at night, even with the curtains drawn, there is still more light in the bedroom than from street lighting in some city, which is really disappointing in the middle of the Jeseníky Mountains. On warmer nights, it would not even be possible to sleep with the curtains open and ventilate through the open window.

Communication with the reception was quite complicated, they did not know the offer of the own establishment. When the agreement was made, the receptionist from the next day did not know about it and again we had to explain and defend the intention to use the voucher at the maximum possible price value (to have 2x wellness included in the accommodation price). On the day of arrival, the "manager" had no idea that we would have wellness at all. The accommodation itself is a combination of a reconstructed older town house with a touch of the First Republic atmosphere, but with equipment from IKEA... Simply perfumed misery. The own wellness, where you pick up the keys from the lockers instead of the code (that's how the whole house works, because there is no one here, no food available) becomes a jacuzzi, which we did not use, and a small Finnish sauna for 2... The sauna was supposed to take 30 minutes to heat up, but even after 3 hours it was not more than 70 degrees, which we complained about. The next day the sauna was already heated up (apparently to 90 degrees, but the thermometer inside usually showed only 75 to 80). You had to reprogram the sauna settings yourself to make it work. The administrator argued that she wouldn't get anyone there on Saturday and she was somewhere with her family. In summary: ordering services unprofessional, the place nice, the wellness weaker and unusable without technical skills and courage. We won't be back and we will warn those who gave us the voucher not to do this to anyone else. You can get much more for that money elsewhere.

We will definitely work on this area. We are also sorry for the complications with the Finnish sauna during your stay. Technical difficulties are not a standard that we would like to provide to our guests, and we try to resolve such situations as quickly as possible. We have chosen a self-service concept for our accommodation, which allows guests greater privacy and flexibility, but at the same time requires that some things work even without the presence of permanent staff. Regarding the equipment of the apartments, we try to combine the atmosphere of the original house with modern and practical equipment, so that guests feel comfortable during short and longer stays. However, we understand that each guest has different ideas about style and level of amenities. We are sorry that you left with an overall impression that led you to decide not to return to us.
